The process consisted of three rounds. Initial screen, task based assessment, and final round with assessment. The process lasted almost a month. I got to the final round and was doing well. I was then told they were hiring someone with more experience, so I felt like it was a waste of time, especially considering the tasks they asked me to do took multiple hours outside the interview.
