TLDR: Unresponsive recruiters, complete waste of my time Interview process consisted of a phone screen by a recruiter, 30 minute interview with the hiring manager, after which a different recruiter reached out to me asking to schedule a full panel interview to which I never received a response back . Finally heard back three weeks later, her excuse being my email must have "fallen through the cracks" despite my multiple follow-ups. The full panel consisted of 8 hours of interviews with scientists and engineers over two days. After the panel, this time I never received an update from the recruiters and my follow-up was ignored. The scientists and engineers I talked to were fairly nice, I blame my negative experience on the ghosting and the sheer lack of respect for my time and energy. After sitting through 4 hours straight of interviews TWICE, a simple no is the least they could have said.
