Initial call screen with recruiter. First round with sales manager via video conference. Second round "peer level" interview with two employees jointly, via video conference. Third round was individual video conferences with CEO & COO. I also had a conversation with the HR manager to answer some questions I had about benefits & etc. Final round was a presentation (via video) with everyone I had interviewed with + a few folks from other areas of the organization.
I felt comfortable conducting everything remotely, but I had met several team members in the past. Had I not there would have been an opportunity to meet people face to face.
The interview process was challenging but helped me gain a lot of knowledge about the company in addition to sharing about myself. Ultimately, the thoroughness of the process enabled me to make an informed decision about whether or not this would be a good fit for me.
Regarding the presentation: it is challenging but if you set expectations clearly up front as you would in another sales engagement it should run smoothly. The team doesn't expect candidates to know everything, but they need to know you have done your homework.
