Overall, the interview was friendly and informative. I
dad to provide a sample lesson, presented as a classroom challenge. If I advance to the next round of interviews, I will need to provide another challenge answer.

What would I have changed about the lesson I submitted?
Too many rounds and too many hoops for what I suspect is a ghost position and/or extending the interview process to justify their own jobs. Something felt off about the whole thing.
