I was refereed by one of my friends when there was an opening with CodeForce 360's Client. I think if you can get through the screening process of Codeforce, you can get walk away with an offer from clients because the interview process was to the point and they do the perfect testing of your skills before they pass a profile to clients. It was a good experience over all.
