Two or three interviews and then an interview with the founder. During that interview she asked me to complete a project for them to calculate fulfillment costs for each of their products. The project was very poorly explained, very hard to do with no instructions, took me hours outside of my day job, and I received zero feedback about how I did on the project when they told me I did not get the job. It felt like they used me to get a project done.
