The recruitment process was made out of several rounds, each step teaching you more about the company and letting the company get greater insight into you both as professional as well as a person. The rounds were diverse from tests to interviews. The most interesting round included "Market challenge" where you as a candidate got an insight into what does it look like to perform as a sales employee in the company and how company tackles the market in real world. After the field visit there was an interview with top management.

First application with CV, recording some questions, a business simulation and finally 4 interviews. The interviews were with the general manager, head of people & culture, head of business excellence and one with someone from the group.
