First phone call with an HR recruiter in the TA team (Talent Acquisition) to know more about your motivations to apply to this job, to understand if we understood the conditions to apply for this job (language requirement, location of the HQ offices, salary expectations)
Then second phone call with the hiring manager - last about 45 min. Situational questions (ex: what would you do if you had an issue , give me an example of a situation you managed in your own way etc.)
