The interview process goes in three stages. The first stage is a video interview with Hire View. It last around 20 minutes and get you through a really easy sets of question (STAR, presentation and last a little dissertation about the job). Then comes the phone interview with a recruiter to check your salary expectations and availabilities. Last is the face to face interview with direct manager. Skype Interview is a no no in CCEP, do not ask for it!

After completing the online application I was invited to complete a Digital Interview. Once you log in to the interview, you are asked three questions. One by one, the question appears on the screen, you have 30 seconds to think about it, then 3 minutes to record your video answer.
