I was emailed and invited for a telephone interview. Senior scientist in the department called and asked a few questions, mainly focused on my background and technical experience. Then they invited for a formal interview which ran for nearly 3 hours. During this interview, I was interviewed by HR, head of the department and senior scientist. Then I did my presentation (title: my recent/present research experience) for the department team and had a tour to see their labs.
