Before you are even called for an interview, you need to go through a whole process. First part is an online assessment. After passing a data entry exam online you are invited for a much more rigorous and tough exam.

In order to pass the In-person assessment, my recommendation is to watch the 911 call videos on YouTube and try to grasp as much info. as possible because that's what happens at the examination and the hardest part is to understand and absorb maximum possible info. out of the diverse natured calls.
