My recruitment process with Coachmatch was extraordinary. I had several opportunities to meet with many people across the organisation (all were lovely) and the business was accommodating to my timescales and needs. From my very first meeting I felt incredibly held through the process, with regular phone calls between meetings. The level of candour exhibited by members of the team was refreshing and reassuring. This is a company that is growing fast and experiencing change - while being determined to maintain its values and look after its people. Their level of transparency allowed me to also be open about my needs, excitement and concerns ensuring that, by the end of the process, I was sure they had a good sense of who I was - and vice versa!
