Ultimately, the hiring and interview process went very well; however, my experience is probably different from almost everyone else's as I was applying for a position out of state. I had a number of interviews - initial conversation with the store manager, a more formal telephone interview with the same store manager, a face-to-face interview with a store manager in my area, a telephone interview with the District Manager and then another interview (though very brief) with the store manager of the store I would ultimately wind up joining (though I did not realize this at the time).

After every answer that I replied, the store manager make a conclusion in two to three words in a not polite way.
Basic questions were ask:
Tell me about yourself?
How do you deal with associates conflicts?
Any experiences you have with an associate doesn't agree with your feedback?

Extremely friendly and conversational interviews. Interviews went well and was told I’d hear back within a week but was ghosted unfortunately. No response to follow up communication. Make sure you know the company history and offerings.

I got a long list of questions, which are all routine questions like "what is your strength","give 3 words best describe yourself".
no result for the interview, which is bad, at least you should give me a result.
