I applied online and received a call the next 2 days to participate in a group interview. They ask you a lot of questions about your experience and prior job(s). After the interview they had us do an “audition” where we greeted guests and handed coupons to observe our posture and our personality or so they said? After that they told us they would call us within 3 days to schedule the next interview. But the next day they gave me call that they appreciate me participating but are going through with the process with other people.
The interview process at Coach outlets was very easy and straight to the point. Keeping a friendly smile and upbeat attitude is mostly what they are looking for! Interviewer was very positive and friendly.

Easy going and fast. They have a friendly team and Seems to be a very professional environment. Lots of benefits along with the job, paid time off, some holidays off, full health benefits.

I applied through indeed and got a call back very quick. It was a group interview and took roughly around 15 min! The interviewer was very nice and comforting and tried to make the interview as relaxed as possible! They really want people that know and have a strong love for fashion
