First round was with the recruiter followed by the hiring managers. The process was rather seamless and efficient. Once you are selected, recruiter will send across the offer. Everything was mostly done online.

The process was long and repetitive. The recruiter had no idea what processes were next and what to expect in terms of next steps. They also did not know what the compensation range for this role was. Completed 4 telephone interviews and 2 in person interviews with the director and hiring manger. No response when following up. Word of advice to hiring team, if a candidate has invested their time in your recruitment process, please do them the courtesy of keeping them updated on the progress.
