The interview process consisted of a recruiter screening call, a meeting with a regional sales manager, and a 30 minute sales demo. The interviews are pretty formal and I was asked to wear a suit on camera. The people I spoke with asked standard and somewhat cliche interview questions. The most frustrating part was trying to make sense of my previous sales to them. Because it was not a typical inside sales gig they didn't understand my sales process. The sales demo was pretty easy, and I overprepared for it.

The interview process was lengthy for me, its three interviews and they take a while to get back. Have to do a sales role play as a part of the second interview.

This was just the initial interview. The recruiter was nice but talked at me for the most part which was fine because I needed to know about the role. I have a second interview with the regional manager
