Sent in my resume and a cover letter, got a 30 min behavioral Zoom interview, which was so chill. Almost didn't think that was a real interview because of how laid back my interviewer was. But then I got invited to Power Day at their Richmond Office. They put us up in a hotel and gave us a tour of the office and dinner, breakfast, and lunch and I only had to do one more 30 min behavioral interview. The whole process was so easy and nice--no technical. I ended up getting the offer.
