After submitting my resume, i was called immediately the next day by a college recruiter. During the first call we spoke a small bit about myself and scheduled an online interview. After the online interview, I was contacted for a telephone interview. Thats where my process ended.

Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.

The interview was very professional and they really need you to know the role and company inside out they want a background on your experience as well and im not sure what else
Basic interview, that lasted one or two instances. Shadowed researcher and made some calls with the interviewer. The whole process was quick and lasted less than a month, average difficulty overall for the process.
