Fairly intense interview. Wanted to know about experience and motivation to get into real estate. After the phone interview I was told they were going with another candidate but I called the recruiter and basically said that I want the job and ended up getting a chance to go to DC to do some in person interviews and was given the job.

Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.

The interview was very professional and they really need you to know the role and company inside out they want a background on your experience as well and im not sure what else
Basic interview, that lasted one or two instances. Shadowed researcher and made some calls with the interviewer. The whole process was quick and lasted less than a month, average difficulty overall for the process.
