Very relaxing but professional interview, I was asked about 8 questions but only 5 are scored. The store manager put me at ease and it was an enjoyable experience. The Interview should last around 45 mins but mine lasted about 1hr30mins as we lost track of time 😀I was offered the job the following day.

Why do you want to work for co-op? And they now include the questions in the interview email if your successful for an interview!! I did not notice this until I was asked at the interview if I'd read the interview questions in the email link.

My interviewer was friendly as well so this calmed my nerves. He asked the questions and talked about my availability and what the role entails

Interview process was easy because Co-op gave an email containing information about what type of questions would be asked. The interviewer was kind and helpfully answered my questions which helped ease my nerves.
