I applied online and was called in to meet in person. I talked with two managers separately and asked about my past experience in the industry and how it would help me be a good server.

After filling out my application, I was called and scheduled one interview. The interview was about 40 minutes long and conducted at a table in the restaurant - away from the guests. There were two hiring managers who interviewed me separately and then both talked with me together.
