it was smooth. Interviewer kindly let me know I could match for another position they had but not the actual job I was applying for. Interviewer ask if I was interested to be put on a waitlist.

They were looking for CPI interventionist with certain years of experience and experience dealing with people mentally disabled. Interviewer asked how would I handle a violent-crisis, what would I do to deescalate the situation.
