Long process, started with phone interview, then 1 v 1 with Aquatics coordinator, then 1 v 1 with assistant general manager. The process is long but not difficult and the environment at Club Fit is great

Entretien
Had a phone interview and went over basic information. Onsite interview took place two days after phone interview. I met with the Director and the coordinator. HR took me through orientation after I got hired.

Entretien
Thorough interview to gauge the commitment, seriousness, and professionalism of the employee. Questions regarding former experience, and strengths as an employee were asked. An explanation of expectations were shared as were opportunities to grow within the company.
