Quite a few steps in the process but they move quickly assuming there is a spot open. I had pretty detailed calls with HR and the CEO. They do a good job explaining the position, the company, and answering questions. They seemed really focused on making sure it was a good fit for me and not just for them, very transparent as it is different than your normal club pro or retail "fitting" job. If they move forward, they send your out to their HQ in the Chicago area, expenses paid. They were really flexible in working with my schedule and were able to get me in and out the same day. There I spent a lot of time with the Head of Recruiting who provided more information about the company and gave a tour. I also met with the CEO and the Founder. I heard back with an offer within a week.
