The interview process felt more like a suspicion check than an evaluation. I was asked to show my room in Round 1, which I did, and was moved to Round 2 — but the interviewer clearly had made a decision before the call even began. It was disrespectful and felt like they were just ticking a box before choosing someone internal. No follow-up, no closure. A simple honest response would’ve saved everyone’s time.
