When I interviewed in the summer of 2022, the creative team was led by an esteemed brand designer who no longer works there as she moved on to a Fortune 100 company. The interview process was relatively easy, and the hiring manager was exceptionally friendly and supportive while providing feedback on my take-home design challenge.
This might be reflective of the job market for designers in 2022 before the industry-wide hiring freeze, but there was only one interview. It was an introductory call with creative manager. Afterward, I was given a simple take-home project, and received the offer upon assessment.
