After initial screening, they line you up with four interviews. The first two are technical coding interviews, and the remaining two are interviews with administrative members. Be prepared to show your skills with coding from scratch.

I really enjoyed the interview process for this role. Don’t get me wrong it is very thorough but the recruiter did an excellent job on explaining every detail of the process. I found the position on Handshake and applied right away. A recruiter contacted me the next day which I really appreciated the sense of urgency. She set up a call and it was very informative! The first interview was a coding session with her and if you know what you’re doing with Java, or python this should be very simple to complete. The second interview went just as good! I made it all the way to meeting the director of Engineering and our conversation was pleasant. Fingers crossed on receiving an offer. Seems like an awesome small start up company to be part of!
