Didn't even get a chance to interview with them even though it was offered. Asked to reschedule because they expected me to interview with them the same day (I had class all day). By the time they responded, they told me they gave out second round interviews already.

Interview was casual, nice and friendly. Consisted of two interviews and a practical assessment. Nothing to prepare before hand. Interviews were base level asking about resume, cover letter, degree, experience, etc.

It was straightforward, they asked about my past experience, D&I initiatives, leadership and team work experience, and how I handled difficult situations. They also sent me a technical exercise at the end of the interview.

Straightforward! Very nice people with a helpful mentality. Felt mostly conversational but do your research on the company. Don't overthink the case study and make sure your present yourself as professional/client-facing!
