Entretien
After I applied, the hiring manager contacted me directly and I had my first round with her, which was all in all nothing but great, a real excellent conversation! She agreed we would move forward and then no one contacted me anymore and my emails were not answered. I am rating this as negative because the HR or the hiring manager failed to follow up appropriately in my opinion, see exact timing below:
Timeline of events
Apr.27 - "Thank you for applying to Cloudflare!" (system email)
May.10 - "Interview with Cloudflare - Availability Request" (from the hiring manager)
May.17 - Interview happened and we agreed to move forward and I would be contacted to schedule the 2nd round with another Compliance Manager based in Lisbon.
Jun.03 - I followed up with the HR person (hiring manager in cc and someone else also) - "I've had an excellent conversation with XXX and I was told I am supposed to meet another interviewer - is this still scheduled to happen?" <-- NO RESPONSE received.
Jul.21 - As I had already forgotten about this job application, I receive the last automated message "We have filled the role and unfortunately, we will not be moving forward with your candidacy."

My experience was the right match for what they needed so we basically talked about it and what would I do in certain scenarios. I felt we were fully aligned after the initial conversation and the interviewer was very pleasant to talk to.

Entretien
Overall the interview process was very enjoyable. I had the opportunity to speak with every member of the team and get a grasp on the current security compliance landscape, challenges, and roadmap for future endeavors. The process consisted of 2 phone screens, an on-site with multiple rounds of group interviews/office tour/lunch, and a final interview with the COO. The team was very friendly and gave me the opportunity to interview them just as much as they interviewed me.
