The first call went well. The second call with a tech lead did not go well. I wasn't good at interviewing at the time, so I wasn't being concise and lacked confidence. And the interviewer kept interrupting me before I can finish my response. It felt like he was looking for exact answers and if I didn't hit it right away he wanted to move on.
This is just one bad experience. But I'd say, don't let the interviewer boss you around. In my day-to-day, I can handle myself w/ devs but interviews are a different dynamic, so practice! Good luck!

Process was severely disorganized and drawn out. It's clear their resources are stretched and some managers are doing what they can to make things happen, even if it's out of process. I didn't get a genuine sense of enthusiasm or "life is great here" from anyone I spoke to.
