A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, I've had 3 interviews with them before they ghosted me, which I found quite unprofessional, especially given that they initiated the conversation. It would be really funny if a representative responded to this review, rather than to my email.
My interview with their engineering manager was positive, I enjoyed our conversation, and he seemed like a great person to work with.
If you're interviewing for the SRE position, make sure you ask why is it called SRE, and which concepts of SRE do they actually apply, I was taken by surprise when the "technical interview" consisted of basic Linux Administration questions, which made me wonder if they're looking for Linux Administrators instead.
The hiring experience was hectic and disorganized, broken communication inside AND outside the org.
