I felt the interview process was very broken. I was referred by one of the Cloudera employees for the position. The recruiter called me and spoke to my about my background and mentioned that they would schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. For almost a month, I didn't hear back and when I reached out again, I was set up with a phone interview with the hiring manager. After the interview, again, there was no response. I had to follow up again and at that time, I was set up with another phone interview. *Again*, there was on follow up after the interview. The conversations ended mentioning that my experience didn't fit the role. All of this took 60 calendar days to complete!! I wish I had a better experience, but this makes me feel that Cloudera doesn't value candidates' time as many other employers do.
