Thanks for taking the time to provide us with feedback, as we always aim to improve our recruitment process. As a part of the DevSecOps recruitment process, we consider a variety of factors in the initial screening ranging from technical capabilities, previous experience, and culture fit. In this initial technical recruiter interview, our questions are designed so we can better understand the size and scale of the cloud environments that our candidates have been responsible for securing specifically. We are cloud-based and continue growing in scale and scope, and this is a key qualification for the position.
