Initial call came from the company recruiter who had viewed my profile available on Job portals. First round was conducted by the Senior Recruiter who gave info about the company and the job description also validating my previous experience and strengths. Second round was a 1:1 interview by the visiting Sales Director, who held detailed but informal discussion of the companies products and go to market strategy. The third round of interview was with a Technical and management panel who understood the strengths and weaknesses in my profile. The last round was a 1:1 with the ultimate reporting manager.
