In the following days, They then emailed for an interview literally for within the next 30 minutes window. We had our short interview. Seemed like they were in a rush and did not want to give much consideration to my questions. Granted, whole thing felt very transactional and one sided. Never heard back on status of application.

I recently accepted an offer at CloudMellow and I am thrilled to join the family. I went through 3 rounds of interviews. First interview was with the COO - Natalie Dunlap. I really enjoyed speaking with her and the interview felt more like a conversation than a traditional interview which made is easier to express what I do, what my goals are and why I'd like to join the team at CloudMellow. For the second round, I met with the CEO - Michael White. It was about an hour long and we discussed all aspects of digital marketing, the processes, strengths and weaknesses, company goals, my experiences, scenario based questions, and how we can work together. I felt very relaxed and Michael made sure I am able to express and elaborate on each answer. For the final round, I met with Senior Project Manager - Christina, who I'll be working with directly. It was again more of a conversation and we discussed our processes, goals, projects we're managing, how I can support the team etc. From the first conversation with Natalie, I felt like I was already part of the team. They responded to my emails after the interviews and reassured that I can always reach out if I have more questions. I received an offer shortly after the final round interview. I am excited to be a part of a team that values time, communication, collaboration and creativity.
