I submitted my application via Indeed.com and had a skype interview probably three weeks later. It was very casual; they are looking for self-starters who can work in team environments with a sense of humor. That was in October; I had my second interview in March, when they had narrowed down their pool of applicants. I was offered and accepted the position in early April.
