Talent interview was the most difficult. The interview can be up to 2 hrs long. Also phone interview with executive and in person interview with retailer. Got called from department manager and was hired.

Initial interview, followed by face to face interview, followed by on counter demo, followed by store approval/interview. This was 10 years ago so I imagine it’s more virtual now with video calls.
