Phone interview with a recruiter, then followed by an in-person interview with the VP and another PM. Never heard back on the status of my candidacy, pretty unprofessional. You should inform candidates either way. Common courtesy.

Entretien
The interview process began in the standard usual way. Was screened over the phone and brought in for an in-person interview. I noticed from the minute I walked in that the staff was all very young. From other reviews, questions were asked pertaining to age and family situation. Red Flag.
The team interview consisted of two individuals on the PM team and the questions were standard. The vice president was late and was rude and arrogant from the start. Never completed the process, as this isn't someone I could work for/with.
