I was brought into the office through a friend and immediatly met the CMO. Our first meeting was a non formal conversation explain background work history and experience. I was later called in for a full interview that was a formal conversation where I was asked questions about my knowledge using a computer, communication skills, work ethic, why I wanted to work in the internet marketing industry, and what I knew about the company already.
