First interview was odd, they asked questions that would be for a grad rather than someone with any life / work experience. Told if hired I would need to buy my own Mac computer which was a first. Office hours were long and finishing half an hour early on a Friday for forced staff drinks is not my interpretation of flexible working. I got the feeling all was not what it appeared as they did the hard sell of ‘great team / great office / everything is awesome’. Gratefully the salary on offer (and benefits which were negligible) was so poor it was an quick escape before they wanted me to take a personality test / get my stars read by some ‘professional’.
