First interview was a phone interview. The questions asked were first general interview questions, followed by a few job specific questions. Overall it was a average interview nothing out of the ordinary.

Tell me a time when you had to work with a group of people with different view points, how did you handle it
1 virtual interview with 1 person. It was fairly laid back with basic interview questions, "about me", etc. It lasted approximately 20-25 minutes. I did not hear back any news for about 2-3 weeks, then was offered the position.

After the initial short interview with the recruiter online, I got an in-person interview invitation from the PI. And then, a few weeks after the in-person interview with the PI and the lab, I got the offer.
