It wasn't intimidating. The manager was nice and friendly. I was asked a lot of questions pertaining to the healthcare industry and why i wanted to help others. The interview went well and I felt very welcomed. I was offered the job and I accepted. I also shadowed the floor where I would be working. Make sure you are engaged and ask if the patients on that floor are heavy which equal a 3.
