Starts with an application and a lengthy wait for a recruiter to reach out, you'll have to text a robot before the recruiter though. Then you have a short phone interview, most of it is them telling you about the position and others available nearby, very few questions about you and your experience. Then you'll have either a video interview or an in-person interview, once again I wasn't asked many personal questions, just what my coworkers would say about me, how I would handle conflict with a coworker, and how my attendance was at past jobs.

Super accommodating did it over the phone since I lived two hours away at that point and then I shadowed in persons to see if I really like the job and to meet the team

I applied online then received an email link to do an online interview. You record yourself answering behavior questions. It was straightforward and easy to navigate. You can see yourself talking but you have the option to blur your face.
