I went in, spoke with the manager and assistant manager about the job and what duties I would be responsible for. Asked questions about the unit and then i was walked around the unit. I met a few of the nurses and the other techs and also was able to ask them questions. Overall it was a smooth interview process!

I had a 30 minute interview with nurse manager and assistant nurse managers. Then a 30 minute shadow experience with current clinical technician. Job offered during interview at the end. Great experience overall.
