I had a 10 minute interview in a room with 3 Cleveland Clinic finance employees, followed by a 1-hour interview with two people in my specific role a few weeks later, phone screening (was supposed to be the first step but it was done after the other two interviews). The 10-minute interview felt very fast, and it was hard to say everything I wanted to in that time. The 1-hour interview was a lot more relaxed and closer to what I am used to in interviews.
