Initially replied to a job posting on LinkedIn and was contacted by Frankie on the recruitment team who sent over some info and later arranged a zoom call. Provided info on the role and asked about my experience, goals etc. Had to complete an email task. Next stage was a face to face and finally a zoom with one of the founders, Brad.

Never happened, interviewer wasted my time and effort. We had set up a meeting online and she never bothered to turn up, after sending her a polite email she even ignored that. Extremely unprofessional employee.
