Interview was split between two panels of a few people with the manager and the manager's direct reports. Spent a few minutes talking to the plant manager as well and looking around the plant.

Applied through the CLW career website. Very detailed and efficient interview process. Typical process of first call with HR, and then engineers, and then in person (before COVID). Typical questions were asked in each interview - reviewed resume, cover letter, work experience, career goals, etc.
