Applied from Indeed, received a call to set up a phone interview. Had about an hour conversation of intense questions, all went great. Was told hiring manager would reach out to me within the week. Asked me to fill out a 5 page interview questionnaire with DETAILS on previous employment. Followed up with recruiter with NO response. I was ghosted. Finally received a GENERIC email that they decided to move on with more qualified candidates. Position was re-posted on LinkedIn and Indeed. Word of advice. Be a leader of the industry and provide feedback to your EXECUTIVES who are applying with your “great” company you speak highly of. When you ghost someone or send a generic copied email back...it’s a red flag that your not a company to work for.
