The first round was fine. The recruiter asked pretty general questions about me and what attracted me to the job. She was nice enough, but seemed very wooden and robotic. The second round was a video interview and it was awful. I joined the meeting and said "hello" and they immediately told me there were waiting on someone else to show up, so they disconnected the feed from their end until the other person was to show up. It was pretty unprofessional. The third person never showed up and when they got connected their feed they seemed combative and disinterested. The overall tone of the interview was unpleasant and they asked some weird brain teaser questions. It was bizarre and very unprofessional. There was zero chance I would have taken the job had they offered it to me.
