Entretien
Getting interviewed by Clearwater was pretty simple. I received an email about a date and time and was told to go tot the 9th floor of the building. Once I got there I signed in and waited for the recruiter to come get me. When the recruiter came he took me into a private room and introduced himself and started to ask me about myself. He was very nice and you could tell he was thoroughly interested in learning about me. After he got to know me better we got into the real part of the interview where he asked me about the Case Study and Accounting terms he had sent me a couple days prior. After that, we wrapped up and he showed me around the place and told me he would be in contact with me.

I met Clearwater while they were attending a booth at one of the career fairs. Introduced my self and dropped off a resume after learning more about the company and potential openings. Soon after a recruiter called for a phone screening, and then I had 2 in person panel interviews.

They assign you a case study and white paper to read and then ask you questions about it. Did you like the material? Does it interest you, what was interesting about it? etc.

Entretien
Met with 2 people, a recruiter and also a current sales intern. Overall somewhat disappointed with the experience. While clearwater may be a respected name within the boise area and known for being a solid financial tech company, some departments lack within. An intern position is always entry level, mainly for college students seeking their 4 year degree. Their response in why they didn't hire was because they were "looking for someone very specific." Not sure what that means, and there was no elaborate response beyond that. Seemed like a lame excuse for "we liked someone better." Please carefully word your responses to candidates who you choose not to move forward with.
